Here are some ideas to plan for a safe Halloween event:
– Hold virtual get-togethers with friends, neighbours and family members that don’t live with you. Dress up in costumes and see who can be the most creative.
– If you do hold an in person get-together, consider having it outdoors where people are able to stand at least 6 feet apart. Also, make sure you know the latest guidelines for your area.
– Print colouring pages or other images and decorate your house.
– Watch scary movies and stay up late.
– Carve pumpkins and don’t forget to roast the seeds.
– Hide candy around your house (similar to an Easter egg hunt)
– Have a scavenger hunt
